Government announces 5 year vision for Flinders Karawatha Corridor

On the 9th November, the Queensland Government released an announcement regarding the plan to secure the long-term protection of the Karawatha-Greenbank-Flinders Peak corridor. Click here to read the announcement or visit the DERM website for further information.
SEQ Catchments has been asked by the Queensland Government to help facilitate community discussion around the vision and scope of the recently announced Karawatha-Greenbank-Flinders Peak corridor. Julian O’Mara, SEQ Catchments’ Community NRM Officer, is acting as a point of contact for community to provide feedback about this announcement. SEQ Catchments also held three discussion forums in November (listed below) for the community to obtain more information about the corridor and provide feedback.
